Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation and you need to make a change you can reach out to us at kristin@capejasminewax.shop with your request. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent we will be unable to make changes to your order or shipping information.

Domestic Shipping
Once your package is picked up by our carrier and scanned, transit times usually take 1-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination.You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your label has been created, at that time you’ll be able to track the status of your package.
Once your order has been shipped it’s out of our control and our hands. While we wish all of our packages safe travels to their new homes, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

In your email, please include your order number.
If your candle was damaged in transit, please include a photo of the broken candle. If you’re experiencing an issue with your candle, please include a photo and a detailed description in your email. We’ll be more than happy to offer an exchange or replacement.
